Second life is a virtual reality game most famous for the marketing guy who sold pixels and apparently made alot of money. Some lecturers actually hold classes in second life and many Universities own islands in Second Life. Now, there is a RFID healthcare simulation in Second Life

What's the point of this. Personally I think that is a way of experimenting with the technology without being constrained by reality. Maybe you have your own opinion?
