One important and very helpful aspect of sharing knowledge in Communities of Practice is creating a Subject Expert Directory. This essentially means listing your own areas of expertise and a willingness to be contacted in a knowledgebase that can be accessed by Pathfinder Members. This would mean that you could also access expertise and advice on specific subject matters when needed.
